Overseas Customers
We send our ribbons around the world. All goods are sent Airmail Insured unless otherwise requested. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, or Eurocard. If you prefer, we can accept payment in Sterling drawn on a British bank in which case we will send you a pro forma invoice on receipt of your order. Our invoice will include the correct amount for Post & Packing. On receipt of your payment we will post your order.
Delivery
If you require goods by a specific date, please notify us at the time of placing the order.. If the goods you order are not in stock, we will advise you and give you the option to cancel the order. If paying by cheque, please note that goods are dispatched after the cheque has been cleared. Delivery on some items can take up to 28 days.
Returns
No returns are accepted for ribbons cut to order or for goods we order in specially for you, unless faulty.
We cannot accept returns on copyrighted materials such as books.
Variations in dye lot colours are not considered faults. We are always ready to supply colour samples.
You must notify us within 7 days from the date the goods were delivered, of any shortages, defects in the goods or any other complaint you have in respect of them. No returned merchandise will be accepted without prior authorization. We will issue a returns number which should be clearly marked on the parcel you are returning.
Ribbon Designs cannot accept responsibility for the transit of goods being returned to us. When returning items please obtain proof of posting. We recommend Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery. Items are returned at your expense, unless the goods are faulty, in which case we will refund the postage costs to you. We are able to issue refunds providing the goods are returned in a saleable condition. All refunds are settled via the original method used to pay for the goods. Please note this does not affect your statutory rights.
